Payment & Refund Policy

Approved Willow Brooke clients may be given access to a secure Stripe-hosted payment page from this website. The Client Payment page sends you to Stripe to complete the transaction. Willow Brooke does not collect complete card details on this site.

What this page does not set

Deposits, retainers, installment schedules, final balances, cancellations, refunds, and revision allowances are not defined here as a single rule for every project. Those terms are set in the individual proposal or client agreement for that work.

If you need to change a payment

Write to hello@willowbrookemanagementinc.com before or after a payment if something needs to be corrected. Any refund or adjustment is handled according to the agreement for that project and, where applicable, Stripe’s processing rules.
